To validate the registration
you need to pay the downpayment of 600 Euro.
The rest of the Epirus MTB Entry Fee you can pay it until 1 March 2023.

In the price are included:

- Hotel accommodation for eight nights. (20 April - 27 April)
- Configuration in two people per room.
- Breakfast and dinner.
- Energy drinks, food and water in Pit Stops on the track.
- GPS Waypoints and Track loading.
- Mechanical assistance on track or transport of damaged bicycle to next bivouac.
- Medical Service Ambulances on Track and on bivouac.
- Transport of luggage from bivouac to bivouac.
- Custodited parking space.
- Electricity and lighting in the parking.
- Fast Mechanical Assistance on Track.
- Shuttle Bus Transfers on liaison sections.
- Personal Epirus MTB T-Shirt.

- Transport from your home to the start in Tirana.
- Transport from the finish in Tirana and back home.

CANCELLATION POLICY
​
To validate your Registration you have to make the Deposit of 600 euro.
This Down-Payment in NON Refundable at any time.
The rest of the amount is full refundable until 1 March 2024.
For cancellations after 1 March 2024, there is no refund.
(In case of Event cancellation from force majeure, the fee will transferred to the next date)

SATELLITE TRACKING SYSTEM
​
Epirus MTB Challenge for the safety will use Satellite Tracking System.
To start Epirus MTB Challenge 2024 this service is obligatory.
The cost of the rent service is 100 euro for the entire Tour.
(this cost is not inclusive in the Entry Fee and have to be paid
before the start in Ioannina to the partner of the event: TRM - Tracking Systems).
In the installation moment you have to give the warranty deposit of 100 euro ,
that will be given back to you in the end of the tour.

Assistant Person:

It is possible to participate to Epirus MTB Challenge
as assistant or accompanying person.

The cost is as below:

(The transport from bivouac to bivouac of this person is not included in the fee and have to be sorted apart)
