The Organization of Epirus MTB is meticulously focused on the comfort
of the riders after the long day ride and for that reason we choose carefully the best and most luxury hotels in town, for you ride and pleasure
not to be ruined by bad night sleeping.
Our moto is: ride hard all day, but sleep very comfortably all night! :-)
Epirus Mountain Bike Challenge is a hotel based accommodation event.
Hotels are pre-booked by the organization and probably are the best hotels in town.
Tents are not permitted to be built in hotel gardens.
When you do the registration in the Event, your room
is automatically booked in our system.
Entry Fee includes 8 nights accommodation in twin room configuration,
(from 20 April to 27 April).
In case of arriving early in Tirana or wanting to stay more days after the event ends, you can contact the Organization for this extra booking.
After the confirmation of your registration, you can choose
your roommate from your team members or friends.
It is possible to book a single room with extra cost.
(limited numbers of single rooms available. First come, first serve).

The hotel costs include breakfast and dinner.
All drinks are not included in the Fee.
Extra bills on the room will not be paid by the Organization but by the occupants.
Friends, accompanying persons or family members can join the event.
They have to be registered as an "Assistant" person.
We will book the hotel for them.
The transport of these persons will be personally arranged
and not by the Organization.
On every hotel there will be an internet connection
and you can use all the Wi-Fi benefits for free.
Massage or physiotherapy service is offered in every bivouac
and managed by Organization.
To use this service you have to book it at least
four weeks before the start of the tour.

All the luggage will be transported by Organization from hotel to hotel.
You will always find your stuff in the front entry of the hotel.
Ps. remember that only two baggage, (max 25 kg) pieces are allowed per person.
