STAGE 1
Ioannina - Gjirokastra
Leaving Ioannina lake in the morning for the first riding day.
An average easy ride in the beginning and after some smooth hill rides on gravel roads the tour goes up the Souli mountain pass and continue in the forests on the side of dry river Drinos. Beautiful landscape all along the route with small remote villages along the Greece/Albania border. Nearly after 80 km the track enters Albania and  goes in flat areas and gravel/ground road and paths to finish in Stony city of Gjirokastra with the last uphill to the old city walls.

STAGE 2
Gjirokastra - Berat
The tour start in the morning from the Unesco Heritage city of Gjirokastra.
In the beginning a flat part along the river Drinos and some ancient cobble stone paths.
Than we start the strong ascent for about six km in old communist broken asphalt to a village where is the stop for lunch and refreshment point. The second part of the day in in very beautiful landscape in valleys with grass and some open views.
The last 18 km the track goes to up and down hills with smooth gravel roads along the mountain passes. Last refreshment point situated before the final descent to Berat city, where we accommodate in a brand new modern hotel.

STAGE 3
Berat - Tirana
Berat is one of the ancient cities in Albania, 2400 years old.
We start directly from the castle and leaving the city through hills of olives and fast tracks.  Small lakes  and nice tracks in the first part of the day. After lunch stop the tour continues more demanding tracks. More stony, corrugated argyles and nice horizons in the hills near Tirana. A small river cross in the end of the day and a sharp uphill brings the group above Tirana lake park and from there downhill to the city center.
Hotel accommodation for the riders in one of the nicest hotel in town.

Stage 4
STAGE 4
Tirana - Shëngjin
From Tirana center into the main boulevard and directly in the outskirts of town to start uphill in the east mountains.
Stony paths a if it is clear air a stunning scenery about the Bovilla lake. The track goes all the time in the side of the mountains with mostly fast tracks. The second part of the day a low forest and and old WWI cobblestone road above the sea with wide open landscape over the skyline in the Adriatic seaside. Last part of the day on the filed on sea level with high grass and sandy terrain till the coast city of Velipoja.
Brand new Resort and Spa will be a pleasant finish of the day.

Stage 5
STAGE 5
Shëngjin - Ulcinj
Actually one of the best days but also the most physical demanding day.
The tour starts from seaside and the transfer will be done in bus for the liaison section until the border to Montenegro. The travel is 75 km and about 90 minutes drive.
Unload the bikes and riders directly in the border where you will start the day ride.
High altitude and stony paths in the first kilometers and arriving to 1860 meters in breathtaking scenery. Temperature is always lower here and rain showers are even in summer a common event.
Sharp downhill to Rikavacko alpine lake and than directly a very demanding uphill for about 7 km. The track continues than with small old concrete roads and mixed with gravel and some single tracks in the middle of forests and finishes directly down to the city of Kolasin. End of the day in the cozy and relaxing Bianca Alpine Resort hotel.

STAGE 6
Ulcinj - Petrovac
The best of the best. If the weather will be good, the view of this stage is breathtaking.
After a sharp 8 km of uphill directly from the beginning, the track follows alpine valleys with impressive loneliness landscapes. All day will be spent nearly 1800 meters of altitude. High grass, lonely sheep houses and churches.
Fast routes in the second part of the day with free animals along the route.
Last 20 km a long downhill to Niksic and a very nice ride for the enthusiasts of descents.

STAGE 7
Petrovac - Dubrovnik
The last stage.
After more than 600 kilometers in the body, the rider has to face the last day of riding.
Starting on the shores of Slansko lake outside of Niksic, the track goes on relatively easy and fast rocky valleys near Kotor with beautiful open views coming nearear the Mediterranean coastal bushes and downhill to the Kotor bay.
Cross the border to Croatia for the last sprint to the finish near Dubrovnik.
